I thought it was important to leave this blog online to show how well I believe Labour have done to turn things around in difficult circumstances.
Seriously I honestly cannot believe what a poor state our current government is in!!!
What makes it 100 times worse is that it seems that we’re absolutely powerless to do anything about it!
In normal businesses people are fired every single day for the following reasons:
- Poor Performance
- Failure to meet targets
- Fraud
- Poor control of their department
- Public complaints
- Sexism
So how is it that Gordon Brown who is essentially leader of the countries biggest most important company (the government) is able to get away with ALL of those things?
I don’t even need to expand on each on because it’s been well enough documented throughout the last few weeks.
Surely if anyone is going to be strictly penalised for any of the above activities it’s going to be the Prime minister above everyone else.
Well sadly not, and that just shows what a poor state our country is in.
But, we’re as much to blame as everyone else. The amount of people I’ve heard moaning recently about the government, and when I ask them: ‘Did you vote?’ they say ‘no’.
Yes I know no matter how many more people voted Labour wouldn’t be any worse off than they are now but it’s the principle.
People critisize the French for their cowardice and I agree (history shows it clear enough) but you can guarantee if this scenario occured in France they’d not just moan about it to each other. They’d be out in the street going mad until it was resolved.
